Grandsons truck was on their LOT in Va. (We reside in Arkansas), awaiting a warrantied repair for 6 weeks or more. The service done required oil and other fluid and filter changes which along with their labor charge for these was right around $900!!!. The staff is always friendly and helpful and once you get an appointment, the service is done in a reasonable time.
It has become difficult to get a timely appointment. Have been going to Duncan for close to 20 yrs without problems but over the past couple of yrs, the waiting time has increased from a few days to 2 weeks or more for service.

Have some problems with GPS system - tried for weeks and weeks to figure it out. Eventually the Duncan team found a software upgrade that handled it and it is now working great. Although the waiting to get it fixed was challenging, Duncan Chrysler level of service was excellent! This was warranty work so there were no receipts.

They said they fixed the play in the stearing wheel , when I got 5 miles down the road it was back. Within 24 hours and less than 50 miles I had 2 warning lights on, took it do another dealer and spent over $1200 on maintance items that it needed because of the 200000 miles on it, I knew I would have that going in. I will take it back to dealer next week to get straring fixed I hope

I went to the dealership and looked at some vehicles the guy that came out did not want to spend no time with us acted like he had to hurry up and go back in the dealership. Then claimed he had sold cars for 30 years but acting the way he did I don't believe so I will not get a vehicle here. This is not how you treat paying customers

I traded my Fiesta for a 2013 Jeep Wrangler. The service on the Jeep was terrible. I paid 2495.00 in reconditioning cost and when I brought it home and had it checked out they didn't do much to it. I have asked and asked for the car fax and they have yet to give it to me. I don't have enough characters left to name the items to you.
