When bringing in my Jeep, the communication was poor. He left us sitting in the lobby for "a few minutes", while they looked at it ... over an hour later, we went to the desk to ask if they were done and the service guy was gone. I didn't mind waiting, but didn't appreciate being forgotten about. They said I would get a phone call to schedule the drop off. No one called. After a couple weeks, I called and was given an appointment. After that, I was pretty skeptical about how good the work would be. They did a great job and turn around was about 4 days.
