Montae, my service advisor, recognized the seriousness of the situation (coolant leak) and quickly had the car evaluated for repairs. I was shown the failed parts in the shop, and provided a loaner while the car was repaired. I'm new to the area and am treated like a long term customer.

Lexus of Memphis was horrible has horrible service and said my battery was bad and we probably wouldnt make it home we waited 4 hrs on my service my battery was fine they just wanted extra money asked me why didnt I go to my local Toyota dealership like they didnt want my business I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE

Very thorough, courteous and professional service. As a widow, I am very appreciative of their concern for my convenience and safety. My car handles much better with the new tires and brakes easier with the new brake shoes. We have used either Wolf chase Toyota or the Lexus dealership and both have provided caring and excellent service.

The service was outstanding. We found the service department to be honest and professional. It appeared they all enjoyed their profession and wanted their customers to feel comfortable. They did not hesitate to answer all the questions and concerns we had. Even when we requested a loaner to use, while our car was being serviced, it was no issue.

Lexus of Memphis has a nice Service Department. On 8/18/2021, I came in for an oil change they were very busy so the service took about two hours to perform instead of the usual 1'20". The waiting area still has fully stocked snacks with coffees and drinks and is nice and clean. The service advisors were not quite as friendly or helpful as Damien, who is no longer there, but overall it was a nice experience.

I have been a client of Lexus of Memphis since moving to Memphis 2014. Never have I been disappointed. My service rep is Johnny Robertson. My salesman is Anthony Williams. Lexus is a premium brand therefore pricey to maintain, but the service is worth it.

I had the fuel pump recall fixed. The service people were courteous, friendly and professional. They put in new fuel pump, cleaned the car and filled up gas. My only complaint is, they never called me about fixing the recall. I had to pester them to do it. They promised to call about the fix and they never did!

I dont go to car dealerships ... period ... however Lexus way if doing business and car maintenance has changed my mind. Especially for a woman. I dont mind doing it at all now. I think I will own a Lexus from now on. Nothing else. Thank you Lexus !!!

Inspected for leaks onto my alternator and radiator and advised me that the power steering high pressure hose was leaking as well as my power steering pump. Turns out the high pressure hose was intact, it was just the power steering pump itself. Opted to have it replaced flushed and refilled at BMI Memphis.
