I cannot remember the name of the gentleman that checked my car in but he was very professional and courteous. I had made an appointment via calling the service department. The customer service representative that took my call and request for a service appointment for maintenance and recall service did not record it. I did not write her name down. When I arrived on time for my appointment, the agent was not able to find the appointment so he placed me on the waiting list. The next gentleman was so kind to set up an appointment and I was still able to have my car serviced in less than 3 hours.
