Runaround with service for weeks until contacted the GM even after speaking with the service director and service manager. Who knows if they will honor CPO CLAIMS. Will be contacting Hyundai Corporate for claim reimbursement. + Jay Biggerstaff, Ryan Service Manager, and Mr. Veltri Service Director. Only when I stated the bad google Review did they provide a loaner car. Go elsewhere possible.

After your service appointment, you were upset that we did not charge your vehicle. I explained that our chargers had yet to be activated and offered to take your car to our Buick store for charging. You declined as you said the chargers were too slow, and you had an appointment in Sarasota. I offered a rental car, but you refused. We offered to charge your vehicle once our chargers were activated, which you agreed to. When you returned for service, we charged your car and completed other services on your vehicle. We provided you with a loaner car during this work. I'm at a loss as to why you provided the review that you did, as I thought we satisfactorily addressed all your concerns. I can't say anything good I was told oil change and other minor things would be completed in two to three hrs I was unable to get use of my car until 4days later I couldn't pick up my medication go to my church services get to pick up food and a host of other errands I had to run and when you are 87yrs old it really hurts

It took seven days to get my 2017 Sonata steering rack repaired. It took 2 days to get the parts. I was on vacation and had to stay three additional days at a cost of over $700. When I was notified my car was done, we went to the dealership arriving before 1pm. We didn't leave until three because they couldn't find our car. They eventually did locate it but 2 hours? Cmon !

I dropped off my car early in the morning for an oil change & tire rotation. I was supposed to get a call to let me know when it was ready. They did not call, did not answer the phone when I called to check, so I had my husband take me down there only to find out my car had been ready for hours.

Major repair required from failure of ECS front struts with only 18000 miles since new with no damage whatsoever on the car only used 6 months of the year and stored in the garage for the other 6 months! The cost of repair was extensive but service was very good and a free loaner was provided.Thank you!

Customer service is lacking. Prices are quite high for used vehicles when you compared to other dealers. Why pay dealers $1000 fee when you can purchase from other dealers who either do not charge such fees or less than Crown Hyundai. Buyers shop at otter dealers before you spend you hard earned money at this dealership known as Crown Hyundai

The scheduling dept scheduled a service that was not supposed to done on Saturdays. However they took care of the problem that day and did it in a timely manner. They were friendly and helpful. I'd go back again.

These are some of the rudest people around they had the vehicle for 2 days wouldn't return a phone call then quoted almost 600 to fix something that wasn't even broke this place is a joke do not go here for service

Went in for a diagnostic test on car not starting, 1400.00 later that's fixed. but now have a oil sensor light coming on. They should have detected this with the diagnostic test. Very disappointed
