We Calculated the Cheapest Leases This Month
We checked every car brand’s official website to find the lease deals with the lowest monthly payments and the least amount of money due at signing. With prices currently high on the used car market, a cheap lease may be the best way to get into a car while sticking to a tight budget.
Lease Deal Trends
A shortage of new vehicles has led to changes in most car brands’ lease deals. Leasing incentives over the past several months have carried higher down payments and higher monthly payments than in previous months. Zero-down leases have almost completely disappeared and fewer vehicles are available with manufacturer-sponsored lease specials.
That said, as 2022 rolls on, we’re seeing more vehicles available for lease, though the deals still aren’t as good as they were pre-pandemic.
Keep in mind that the best lease deals typically apply to the base trim. For this reason, the deals you see below should be considered examples of the best-case scenario. The actual monthly payments and down payments may only be “as low as” the dollar amounts listed in this article. The “Total Cost” excludes taxes and fees. Lease deals vary by location, so be sure to check online or with your dealer to find the best offers available near you. Your credit score could also impact the availability of these leasing incentives.

How We Ranked These Lease Offers
The deals are ranked from the cheapest to the most expensive based on the total “effective” monthly payment. For each vehicle shown, we added up all the monthly payments plus the down payment and then divided it by the number of months. Our hope is that this makes it easy to see which lease deals offer the most value for your money. (For a summary of every lease deal this month, click here.)
For each lease deal shown, we provide the total cost of the lease and the effective monthly payment (both excluding taxes and fees), as well as the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). This way, you can clearly see how the deals stack up.
Just because a car is available with a cheap lease promotion doesn’t mean it’s a subpar vehicle. In fact, some popular and highly rated cars, trucks, and SUVs are available with appealing lease deals every month. And, if we did find a cheap leasing incentive on a vehicle that’s not worth the money, we left it out.
