Service employee was very helpful and pleasant. I thought I might not be able to make it to pick up the car by 6 pm but when I called to ask if the key could be left with sales dept was told that was impossible. Seemed silly since it was a warranty repair and am sure a sales manager could have handled this. Car was not done until late in the day and traffic in my area is bad. I made it at 5:55 pm but it seemed an unnecessary worry.

I appreciate the crews in the service areas who "fix " the cars. I depend on their knowledge and skill to keep my car safe so can run my errands and appointments. My service was great, as usual, thanks to service advisor Miguel Gochez. Even when I have to wait a few hours for all the necessary service to be completed, Miguel keeps me posted and does everything he can to expedite the process. The waiting area is clean and comfortable too. Each visit is a positive experience.

They go out of their way to take my concerns seriously. When they couldn't replicate the issue with my gas tank, and the gas tank part was later recalled on my vehicle, they remembered me specifically and held the replacement part that was in limited supply. When I went in for an oil change, they also replaced the part.

They said they fixed my tire pressure sensor, it came on three days later. They also said I would have to come back for an alignment even though I made an appointment for a full cross country road trip. This is the third time they have not been able to complete the service I planned for. Impossible to use my service package here.

Jeff was very helpful in dealing with the road-hazard trashing of our 2025 Ascent's RF tire. He initiated checking the Ascent's alignment, finding that its LF & RR wheels were way out of spec, likely delivered that way when we bought it in 6/2025 at IGB. I didn't like the way they communicate. I was to come see a car I was very interested in. I had been in contact with a salesman and manager. I had family and n from out of town and couldn't come see the car while they were in town. The seemed to be very helpful until the said other people were interested.They sold it the night before. I was very disappointed. Don't really care for the treatment I received.
