Had some transmission and vibration issues in my 2023 Tahoe Premier. They investigated and had to replace the torque converter and differential - under warranty service. Additionally, they identified some damage to the rear rims, that had to be replaced. All in all a great experience. Hopefully, the work done solves the problem.

I was having an issue with my hatch closing while I was on vacation in Ocean City. I called, they told me to bring it right over. Someone had turned something off inside the vehicle, they figured it out and fixed it and didn't charge me anything. I would definitely recommend this dealership, I'd consider coming back and buying from them.

My actual Service as good as always the customer however, was surprisely very poor with the Service Representive I was assigned. She never followed up with me. Did not keep me informed as I used in the past. She not pleasant.
Kadie checked me out and the Service Manager met with me and made a point to apoligize to me several time and I have now been reassigned to the manager and Kadie moving forward.
