They told me I had to put 4600 down and a rate of 12% interest. They said it was the best they could do. Not true. I ended up getting a rate of 8% elsewhere and they never offered it to me and I didnt need to put anything down. They are just in it for the money. Not the consumer. I would never buy a car from them

Dealership just sent me the listed information or the car on the CarFax website. Did not establish any conversation about pricing, availability, or anything in general. Any questions I had were answered with the same response, which was a copy and paste of the cars characteristics. Not sure how Im supposed to go about buying this car if the dealership ignores any attempts to talk about pricing or setting up an appointment.

They did contact me. Said they work with all credit ratings and I sent them a list of what I needed. They kept asking me to come to the site to sit down with them. I kept reminding them this would be a long distance deal as I am in mississippi. Found it hard to keep their attention. They sold the truck I was interested in. Ended up a No deal.

This dealership failed to communicate with me. They sent an email with a link to their website but once I replied to that email, they failed to reply back to me. They are very shady and the pictures on their vehicles are old and most of their cars have been sitting for months.

Terrible to deal with. Called them ran my report, said I was approved went to my appointment, and everything changed. Car was in bad shape, absolutely filthy inside. Then I was told needed more money down and I was not approved, after getting me in the door! Buyer beware!!

Horrible. I contacted them to ask about the availability of the car and received an email saying it was still available so i drove 20 miles to the dealership to find out that it had been sold days before and the email I received was actually an automated email, not one that was sent by the person who was listed as the sender on the email. iAuto is a joke.

The worst car buying experience , This car had major suspension issues , So I looked at a 2013 Cadillac Xts , I put down 1000 deposit , During the test drive I pointed out a few things that needed to be fixed so I said I would come back to put the car up after everything was fixed , Three days later I went to pick the car up , they assured me that everything was fixed , When took the car home , The drive careful powersteering light came back on , The fog light was still out and I noticed a rumbling and thumping sound in one of the front wheels , I took the car back a day later , At this time , I wanted nothing to do with this car or this company , Nothing was fixed as promised, I told the manager that during the conformation call from the finance co. , I told them that I won't buying this car , The deal was off which the manager was very upset about , I gave them the keys back and asked for my deposit , His reply was " You're not getting the money back , So I called the police , The police's said he gets call about this same situation lot about this company , The police heard my story and went in to talk to the manager, The manager and the police came out and the manager said , You either take this car or call an Uber , The police told me they wanted me off of their lot because I didn't want that car , I left the lot without a car , Without my 1000 , Without my deposit receipt. This company has to be stopped, The reviews will support it. A nightmare, They're taking people money and giving junk cars.
