I dealt with Terry and he was great. Can't be totally sure how the service really was since it was oil/filter. Only complaint was they couldn't do brake fluid due to design of van. Probably should have asked for model, etc and then known ahead of time.

I came in and thought my needed maintenance was more routine and would be finished quickly. I had traveled from a nearby city for about one and a halve hours. I was told the work could take up to 2 of 3 hours. Trent did his best to expedite my required services and I only had to wait about an hour. I greatly appreciated his efforts.

Service is outstanding and HONEST! I had been to Porsche Chandler for an alignment a month ago. They claimed the lower control arm was "leaking" and wanted$3600 to replace! One a Porsche with 50k!! Total rip off! NOTHING is wrong with the front suspension!!!

Jimil and Josh were awesome to work with. I ha e serviced my 2016 RR sport at the dealer and recently the dealer said that I had a $1000 coolant leak. I took the car to iAutoHaus and they said that I did not have a coolant leak. Very trustworthy and great to work with.

Great service and experience from a non dealership European shop. They provided complimentary car wash like the dealership after service visits. Staff and technicians are very knowledgeable. Their lounge area is clean and comfortable for the customers. Also, complimentary ride were provided for drop off and pick up. Got me in same day as I called. Very efficient. Did oil change and inspection. Found nothing other than oil change needed. if I had gone to a dealer, they would have replaced parts according to a checklist whether I needed them now or not. Provided Uber both ways so that I would not have to wait at shop for car. Very Efficient. Will definitely return.

After requesting my cars A/C unit to be reviewed as it was not performing at all The shop finding no leaks or discharges. When I activated A/C units on my way home, the temp of the cabin air was far below what it should be at the "Max" setting. I will have to return to have it checked and re-charged again. This is an costly trip for me since your policy is that I can not wait for my car to be serviced

Took car in for alignment. They gave it back to me exactly the same as I took it in. Took car back, they had it all day and still no resolution. Took car to local mechanic and he aligned with no problem. Very Inconvenient and expensive with no results. Also they reported an oil change that did not happen.
