Unbelievable follow-up and follow-through. Unfortunately I delayed in getting out to see the car I was interested in and it was sold by the time I could. But the experience thus far was excellent. Don't know what the experience would have been if I had bought the car but I will assume that would have been wonderful as well.

The dealer Jaye set up a scheduled appointment for a car we talked about a week prior when I arrived another salesman had the car on a test drive with another client and they basically sold the car to him and didn't even try to offer me a different vehicle or nothing just a waste of time

The first disappointment was that the car we inquired about (and which was confirmed as available when the salesman set up an appointment for the next day) was not close to be available when we drove 50 miles for the appointment. The salesman was friendly and helpful but at the point he pulled his manager into the discussion our experience turned very negative.

I got sick of asking for the information. He should have been trying to sell the car to me but was too just for the business.

Sales associates were inept. We drove the car on Thursday and because they were closing early on account of weather we were told no one was available to work on our deal or look at trade. We were told to come back Saturday, they sold the car on us Friday without as much as a phone call. We found out that it was sold when we called Saturday to check on sales associate availability. Then 2 days later a phone call from the dealer asking to schedule an appointment fo drive the very car that was already sold out from under us. Lousy LOUSY place of business. Don't go here for any reason!!!!!!!
