There were three cars I was interested in, and the third one even said "new arrival" and didn't have pictures up on the website. All three were already sold. I don't understand, it is 2026, the person who sells the car should be a should immediately after selling be able it take it off the website.

We bought the car 5 days after testing the vehicle on a Tuesday. There were some light scratches on the passenger side of the car thst the dealer said they would try to touchup, they did not. Between Tuesday and the time we picked the car up a big scratch occurred on the front fender that we didn't immediately notice; cost to repair $1000. The dealership refused to take responsibility or help.

I did get a response. I went to see the vehicle in person (separate Zimbrick location from the one I purchased a car at). The vehicle was dirty inside. My first impression was that they had little interest in selling it or presenting it to potential customers.

I emailed and they got back to me fairly quickly. I am about 3 hrs away from their dealership, but, if not sold already, they were open to holding the vehicle for me on the day I was to be there. However, in my search for THE vehicle I wanted, I found it at another dealer, so emailed them back to let them know that I was no longer in the market. They emailed back and thanked me for letting them know.

I got multiple generic emails and when I would respond to set up a test drive I got more generic emails. After 3 days of back and forth the vehicle I wanted sold then I got an email saying so. Then 5 days after the first inquiry I got another email asking if I was still interested in the vehicle that had been sold. Waste of time.

They charged 110 dollars to mount my winter tires, 80 to investigate a broken seat heater (which they failed to diagnose) and the whole thing somehow took 2 1/2 hours. A nice waiting room and staff are not worth the price. They also dont do a complimentary inspection like any first rate dealer does. (my old Acura dealer in Mpls charged far less and worked faster)
