These guys are professional and friendly. Granted I had some significant work done on my car but they went way beyond what was expected both in accommodating me and in the repairs that they performed. And their follow up was just as attentive. It was my first time using them, they were recommended by another mechanic, and I have to say I couldn't be more pleased. A major job with major satisfaction. I will go back if and when needed.

Fair and honest. Fixed a previous repair to the AC under warranty. Also, since car is only driven about 25 miles a week, the car needs a $2000 repair and they did an interim fix for free to see how long the fix will hold based on the milage the car is driven. They offer a 10% AAA discount.

Friendly. Isaiah greeted me and let me know he would get right to me. He was working with a customer at the time. Isaiah then addressed my situation. I had an appointment. I sat in the customer waiting area, which was very clean. He then retrieved me when the job was done. Isaiah made me feel valued as a customer.
