Audrey, Drew, and Jenny are wonderful and helpful! I was a bit bummed by the news I received and the total expense of repairs and maintenance costs. I've had a lot of expensive costs with this Outback which I was not expecting due to Subaru's reputation.

I gave them a 1 star because I paid $1,900+ for a "subaru recommended fix" to an engine misfire and it didn't take care of the problem, still having a misfire. My extended warranty wouldn't cover the "top cleaning". This is a crosstrek and ascent issue that needs resolved from the top Subaru!! Zeigler service staff were kind and helpful but I still have problem that will NOT pay another $1900 for. This is a systemic issue!

service is always great and typically very timely... however this time(however petty some may say) they did not put a new oil change sticker in the windshield. I wrote it in. I also know that it gives me reminders when the next maint is due. I would just figure they do this enough to likely be automatic. Looking forward to continued service.

Felt the service rep was pressured to upsell services. When I did not comply, I was called later and told there was an issue with my lug nuts that will cost $200.00 to replace. Long story but I will not return to this dealership for any future service.

After every visit at Zeigler. They say they have everything set back up. But they don't. Especially my phone system. Always have to have the grandkids help me get it put back on my system everytime. It is a big pain for me. In a day or two some of the things come back to working again. but never my phone.

Called and they said it wad just a diagnosis appointment but charged me all of that money??? Had the car another 13 days and finally fixed it.
