They obviously tell a tale about their "used car inspections". My car has gone into service twice in less than a month of ownership. This time they had to pull the engine. The mechanic said if they did their inspection, oil would have been seen easily.

Routine oil change and tire rotation. Easy to schedule. Free wash. But didn't adjust tire inflation. Paperwork signed off on 35 psi each tire, but didn't actually get done. Tires were all at 30-32 psi after service. Signed off-but didn't actually do it. Lower confidence in dealer shop now. I have several other local options for routine service at substantially lower cost. Disappointed after this visit.

They installed the custom grill I ordered and returned the original, in case I needed it later. Also, they installed the side window deflector, which was a replacement for the original shipped to them which wouldn't fit right. I appreciated that they didn't try to force the first one to work.

Falsified condition of parts. Dangerous to bring car to. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Car is almost not drivable after "safety check". Had to take to another dealership to get actual diagnosis of issues. Zeigler does not actually safety out used cars. Buyer beware.

To be honest I thought I was going to have to buy a new battery. However, the service department tested it, found it to be defective and replaced it.
