The service department was great
Setting the service appointment was very frustrating. I left several messages on an answering machine and never got a call back. Finally on my 6th call for an appointment over 2 days I spoke to someone only because I told the person answering the phone to not transfer me to the service desk. Not good.

Well considering that I had just been there about 2 weeks earlier and had my oil changed. I was a little perturbed that they didn't say something about my tires needing to be rotated when I got the oil changed. The manager made it right with me, so I am Happy!!!

The gentleman who signed me in and out was pleasant--explained what they were going to do. My last visit to this Kia dealership was unacceptable---this was better, but I will still be taking my vehicle elsewhere for service that isn't covered under Kia's warranty.

We encountered a defective part on our KIA Sorento just as we were leaving to return home. We drove into the service department and they graciously looked into it immediately. While it took a couple days to get the new part, they installed it immediately. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and as efficient as could be in performing the warranty repair. We highly recommend the KIA service department at Ziegler!

THEY were kind and courtous and very very patient.
we lost our keys to the rental. we left handicap plaque in the rental. basically
to sixty plus year old sisters who did'nt have a clue as to what we were doing,
i did get very tired. i use oxygen and walk with a cane, the wait seemed like forever.
