We thought we got a good service from the sales person, but at the end when we started to sign the paper work, we found out so many surprise. First of all there was a minor incident on record but it was not on the truecar.com site, secondly one piece of the car key was missing, thirdly the sales person left before we finished, which leaded a big misleading on the final price agreement.

They got my car in the same day I called and found out what was wrong right away. They were also very honest with me which I really appreciate because a lot of places just want to scam people so they can overcharge. The guys who helped me were also very polite to me and explained everything that was going on with my car.
