This company is nasty. I'll never go back. They never filed my certification paperwork for Honda certification so I drove to get work done and it wasn't covered under warranty since they never submitted my warranty paperwork. I called them and they admitted they never did it and would file it immediately.. years after I paid for it. Nasty company. Nasty.

WaI thought the associate who signed me in was friendly and explained everything I asked about clearly. The waiting lounge was clean and quiet with a nice WiFi connection. Would have loved something to eat while waiting though as I had an early morning service appointment and didn't have time to have a breakfast. The vending machine didn't offer anything that could be considered breakfast food.

Service performed on my car at Zeigler is always great, I trust taking my car there. What I didn't like at my recent visit is that upon picking up my car, not anyone took time to review service with me as in the past. I was given the key and directed to the cashier. I asked a question about my car, and the one guy yelled out to the other in the garage area to ask etc. Just seemed a bit unprofessional and unorganized that day.

I'd been having a problem with a low pressure light on after having two tires replaced and balanced. The light is finally off, but I did notice my car didn't get washed. I know I didn't spend money this visit, but the trip out did warrant a free wash.

Had to return 4 times for the same issuestill not fixed. Parts are never in stock, and they don't call when they arrive. You have to chase them down yourself. Once they even left my oil drain plug loose, and I ended up with a big oil stain in my driveway. Poor communication and careless work.

Most of the time and most service people I work with here at Zeigler Honda are good and reliable. This time Giovanni recommended maintenance services tag seemed like unnecessary for the mileage, wear and previous maintenance being done recently. Felt like I was at most stealerships instead of of a reputable dealership this time. I'll give them another try, but ask more questions before getting recommended service done.

We thought we got a good service from the sales person, but at the end when we started to sign the paper work, we found out so many surprise. First of all there was a minor incident on record but it was not on the truecar.com site, secondly one piece of the car key was missing, thirdly the sales person left before we finished, which leaded a big misleading on the final price agreement.
