Car sat there for over an hour and a half and they never even looked at it or touched it. They forgot to put it into the system so it was for a simple oil change. It was supposed to take an hour call the GM never called me back nobody from customer service called me back. They just don't care.

I had an excellent experience with the service department here. I brought my car in because of a tire air pressure issue, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided top-tier customer service. I will definitely be back for future maintenance!

The WORST experience ever. Never use this dealership. They opened my dashboard and never put the wiring back so it was hanging out, after I pointed this out they tried to claim it was not them. Had to tell them that I m going to call police if they don't fix it. There also was a woman who they apparently overcharged 4 k when selling her a vehicle

Finally got vehicle fixed only to have it towed back on flat bed after 3 hours of having it back from servicing. Major issues!! Just haven't had luck here while others have no problems. First got sold a bad vehicle with problems only after a month of ownership. That was first clue and still problems after getting serviced. Haven't even been looked at or serviced after over a week having it. Not impressed with this dealer.

I woulden't recomend buying a vehecle from this dealership cause I traveled over 3 hours to look at 2013 escalade that they misrepresented & was not what it was supposed to be running boards wern't on it emblems were missing pass side was dented & it didn't run. wasted my time & gas going there. For such a big dealership sure don't know if they know what there doing. Not Happy!!!

I was happy to have the oil change completed with a mini detail in a very reasonable amount of time. It would have been nice of them to bring a printed list of services called for at the mileage (90,000 miles) and the anticipated costs. Instead, a hand written list without any estimates was presented. Fortunately, I had my Carfax app and looked it all up.

It took over 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation with a new tire and new windshield wipers. First they told me they could repair my tire then they came back and said I needed a new tire. Sounded shady. Also now I noticed that one of my tires is missing the cover on the valve. Poor service

I set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle, I was interested in, a week in advance. Drove an hour to get there, and they told me the car was not available because it got loaned out for someone getting an oil change. Then the next week, they were going to drive it to my house to ride on a Wednesday. Well, they sold it on Tuesday. Never will shop there again. Told everybody about it.

They were fine, only about 30k on them. I get that they want to sell, but being honest about what is really needed is important too.

Was able to negotiate a fair price over the phone which was good, unfortunately when I drove over an hour away to get there they were not prepared at all. Wasn't planning to be there almost 3 hours. Otherwise, the van is what we wanted and the price was fair. If we ever buy another Honda, I would probably consider buying here again.

I liked the service I received. they were crazy busy there but they got me in and out in a reasonable time frame. Zack is always very kind and helpful. the one thing I would say that is a negative as the sales department is hard core everytime I come in for service they are bugging me aobut trding in my car or valuing my car. I find it to be in poor taste to bug customers becasue they have an appointment.

This company is nasty. I'll never go back. They never filed my certification paperwork for Honda certification so I drove to get work done and it wasn't covered under warranty since they never submitted my warranty paperwork. I called them and they admitted they never did it and would file it immediately.. years after I paid for it. Nasty company. Nasty.

WaI thought the associate who signed me in was friendly and explained everything I asked about clearly. The waiting lounge was clean and quiet with a nice WiFi connection. Would have loved something to eat while waiting though as I had an early morning service appointment and didn't have time to have a breakfast. The vending machine didn't offer anything that could be considered breakfast food.

Service performed on my car at Zeigler is always great, I trust taking my car there. What I didn't like at my recent visit is that upon picking up my car, not anyone took time to review service with me as in the past. I was given the key and directed to the cashier. I asked a question about my car, and the one guy yelled out to the other in the garage area to ask etc. Just seemed a bit unprofessional and unorganized that day.
