Just bought a 2024 GMC with these guys, and I'm a little disappointed. Bought the truck online, and when I got it, there were multiple dents and scratches that the sales guy supposedly didn't see or show in any pictures or videos that he sent. His only solution was to send me a paint pen, which still has not arrived. Now, the salesman is completely unresponsive.

Was given the run around about the second key. Both times I was in, the salesmen told me the key was locked in a safe. The third time I asked for it I was told "our key guy comes on Fridays". I still don't have the second key. Detail was not good. Did not try to get smoke smell out. It really sucks when you spend 38k on a truck and it smells like an ashtray.

Chat bot set us up to see a vehicle. Told us vehicle was available. We get to dealership and wait forever for a salesman to approach us. The salesman that finally came over to the Nissan side was nice. He found out the vehicle was being purchased so we drove there for nothing. Need to get rid of the AI bot and work on personal customer service interaction.

What I like about the service is that they know where the problems lies when I told them, along with advices on what service I should bring my vehicle in when it hits 100,000 miles. So now I don't have to worry about any problems down the line unless if anything more they have to do.
