The dealer was great, the mfg of our Lincoln was a disappointment. They designed a part that couldn't protect a VERY EXPENSIVE PART from minor road debris A 1" dead stick punched through the coving panel on the bottom of the car and broke the high voltage connector to the big battery This panel was more flimsy that a floor mat, looked to be made of cardboard . All is good now thanks to Ziggler

We were told on a previous visit that the tire pressure warning light was on and that we need new TPMS sensors for the light to go out. We scheduled a visit for this exact issue to be fixed, and told them to replace all four tires since they were coming off to fix the tire warning lightwife picked the car up with new tires and found out that nothing was done about the tire warning light.

I was there for routine oil change and everything associated with the was fine. The free inspection made me wonder what they really inspected. It said my tires were all fine, when in fact the left front had very noticeable wear on the outer tread by the sidewall..... like my truck needs an alignment or something else done to correct the issue.

Made appointment and they said they can't fix it because the coax was off but it has a chip that should be able to see what is going on and still have issues with truck shutting down. So not to happy with the service. Had to go to a auto parts store to get the codes read so I could tell them what is wrong
