I like the fact that you have an Express language allows me to not have to make appointments. However, three times in a row I bring my car in to have the oil changed and I asked them to rotate the tires, three times they didn't rotate the tires and said they didn't need it. With 5,000 miles in between oil changes, I like to rotate my tires every other oil change. If I request it, and I'm willing to pay for it, why don't they just do it?

He then let me know that there is a big tire sale in October. That is what led me to come back and get my tires done. The visit to Zeigler Jeep/Ram/Dodge was not the answer I was hoping for but I had a sinking feeling I already knew the answer. The technician determined that my 2009 Dodge Challenger might need some transmission work done to it in the near future. In addition, I felt that the charges were somewhat excessive just to put the diagnostic tool on it to check for fault codes.
