We had a car that wouldn't start. We were at the hospital and Lars came to check our car out. He was able to get it started and we were able to get home. The next day they picked up the car and found the problem was the battery. He went above and beyond and we truly appreciate that. We recently had work done on the car. They are helpful, friendly, courteous and very professional. We highly recommend them!

The service guy was very nice and helpful. They forgot to thoroughly check my tires like I asked and described so I have scheduled back an appointment. Otherwise pretty good. It was the 1.5 year old Malibu that the transmission that went bad on I am not to thrilled with.

Fantastic service all around! I live in Chicago and I drive to Schamburg to the dealer I originally bought my car instead of going in Chicago. Appts are easy, communication and the shuttle to the rental place so I can get my rental while my car is being worked on. A lil pricey but customer service is worth it.
