Pulled up and there was an open bay. Took several minutes to get me pulled into bay; I nearly backed up and left! After I Pulled in it took another five minutes or so to approach me to ask what I wanted. After they got started they were quick. didnt check my air filter, said the screw was stripped. I got home and opened it right away. Not sure ill go back just because there was no personal interaction.

I sincerely apologize that you feel this way. After reviewing our video cameras, I can share that when you arrived at 8:21:05 AM, my assistant manager pulled your vehicle in at 8:22:54 AM. He was then entering your vehicle's information into the system, preparing any specific questions you might have about the oil service to be readily available on the screen. He was also assisting a fleet customer and finalizing their payment.
Regarding the service time, the entire process, as documented, took approximately 15 minutes. I would be happy to show you the video if you would like.
As for the air filter, the technician may have determined the screw was too stripped to remove without causing further damage.

Rather fast service considering it's a diesel truck and there is a lot to check. I was probably only there for 15 or 20 minutes. The only funny part was one of the guys spent a long time trying to figure out how to reset the oil change indicator. It's only funny because my truck is 20 years old with 338K miles and doesn't have that feature. I just take good care of it so it doesn't look as old as it is either outside or inside.

I have used this shop several times, however this time I was not pleased. When I arrived the service people were just playing around. I don't hold this against them if they do the job. They charged me the full service price, but didn't give full service. My truck was not vacuumed.

All employees have always been polite, kind and fast. All fluids, filters, and tires are checked & filled (or replaced with permission). They also stay well stocked on milkbonesso bring your pup!

Fast and easy! In and out in roughly 15 minutes. Conversely, I had a little Fiat 500 serviced at the dealership. They took an hour and 20 minutes to do the exact same service.... but used 10 fewer quarts of oil.... and cost me $10 MORE than my diesel truck!!! (not using the dealership again) I'll switch to Z Best.

Not sure who this company is; but, they keep claiming they have serviced my vehicle, which they havent. Seems like a scam, but I dont know the endgame. Anyway, fraud is to be frowned upon. Also, this rating system is only allowing a two-star minimum. They deserve one star.

My husband told them to just do the oil change and they did a full service. We specifically told the to leave the air in the tires alone and when I brought it up with the tech about the tires were filled with nitrogen and he laughed and said that is why it smelled funny...

Regarding the price, the oil change, which included 13 quarts of synthetic oil, was $214.90, and the fuel filters were $173.90.
