I love the personal attention and the way they keep me informed as to the progress of my service needs. The facility and waiting area are quiet, clean, comfortable and inviting with drinks and snacks. Within a minute or two of my arrival my car is pulled in and I'm greeted by a service tech who reviews my needs and gives me the name of the person supervising my service and giving me updates as to the progress.

Skyler cutler who is one of the sales people there was fantastic to work with. He made the process easy. He didn't pressure us in to anything and he got us more money for our trade in than originally offered. The car we got was thoroughly serviced before we took it. I can see myself shopping from this location again!

The engine went out due to an extended warranty issue. The service was quick, but they forgot to reset the maintenance on the vehicle, and they left a dirty rag full of old spark plugs in the vehicle.

The overall service was good but slow. I don't understand the appointment scheduling that they do. You schedule an appointment but it is just the same as a walk-in. I feel that if you schedule an appointment you should have a tech assigned to that appointment and they start working on the car at the time of the appointment. I was there for a simple recall notice for a bolt to be checked but it took 2 hours.

Nice place. comfortable. Agent did well until he screwed on the delivery schedule, delayed for almost a week and it was supposed to be a delivery to house but turned to pick up at the shop.They highlighted to include a "roof rack" in their online ad but was not in the final delivery.

Took a very long time and was charged roughly 40 dollars for a cabin air filter, which takes 2 minutes to change with no tools required, despite the part costing 21.99 per the parts department. Plus when I got the car back the coolant was overfilled quite a bit, the technician corrected the issue and all other maintenance/inspections seemed to be done correctly.

Excellent service from Young Kia. I had a recall on the car and they contacted me and worked with my schedule to get it taken care of. Additionally, they do a full point inspection and noticed I had a crack in my windshield. They informed me and took care of it in the same visit.
