I had some regular maintenance done, tie rods, and water pump replaced. The vehicle drives much better but the steering wheel still has a intermittent click which returned. I believe the steering wheel has another issue which has not been addressed. I appreciate quick service and I will return for all my upcoming oil changes and maintenance.

I had to pay to fix my lug nut that they broke completely off. An they also, stated, they wasn't the last one who touch my tires because they my brakes, and I stay there 4 to install a lug nut. And when they did my brakes I stayed there 5 hours. This will be my last visit at Young Cheverlet.

Charged me $560.00 to inspect my truck for an electrical problem. After I declined a $750.00 price to seal a light fixture from water leaks, they found no actionable problems. I subsequently paid my mechanic $50.00 to reseal the light fixture and haven't had the problem since.

The worst mechanical incompetent service and customer service ever. they installed the transmission incorrectly which caused 2 major outages over the next 18 months which cost me over $4k and they will not take any responsibility. At the end i towed my car from their shop because they wanted $3400 for the mistake they made. I went to Diesels of Dallas and got it done for $1500. NEVER use this dealer
