I called Yorba Linda Auto Repair on Monday and made arrangements to bring my vehicle in for service on Wednesday at 11:30 am. Eric and YLA Team went to work and completed the needed maintenance service, within the estimated time frame and costs. Well Done!

Eric and Travis at the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured into services that I wasn't expecting to need like I have experienced at other auto service facilities. It's hard to find honesty in the car repair service and I felt that the staff at Yorba Linda Auto pride themselves in their honest and professional expertise. I'm so glad I found them and I will definitely be using their services again.

Quick turnaround. Poor communication, I always had to call to get an update. Labor rate is $205+ which is 25% higher than a dealer with factory authorized techs.

The team at Yorba Linda Auto Service is very hospitable. I utilized their shuttle service so did not need to sit through the service. One negative was service took longer then originally stated. I will go back to Yorba Linda Auto Service in the future.

As usual, Yorba Linda Auto Service has the best interest of the customer in mind. I thought I needed for new tires. Travis identified my three remaining good tires as practically new. He advised that I replace the one bad tire and the spare and not a full set. Saved me money and reinforced my good feelings for this shop.

Dan, Tim & Travis are always so helpful. I've been getting my repairs done at Yorba Linda Auto Service for many years and have never been disappointed. This time it was my breaks, rotors, and other service items. I dropped the car off, they inspected and got it all done in one day.
