I did the live chat on the website. I wanted to come in and test drive the vehicle but I had a couple questions about the vehicle first. The person on the live chat was terrible. They took forever to answer and kept asking for my phone number over and over. I asked for someone to email me and answer my questions but no one ever did so I went somewhere else and bought a vehicle.
