Showed me the areas of the car they inspected by camera and showed me a picture of the cabin filter that needed to be replaced. They really care about the customer experience - courteous, authentic, comfortable waiting area where you can work or relax. Apparently I had a "weak" battery, but since thier technician was able to charge the battery, they took it upon themselves not to mention it. Two days later, I get an email from the service department suggesting I buy a trickle charger for my car. When I called the service department asking about the email they said it wasn't important since they was able to get the battery charged and holding a charge.

I learned that they were overcharging me this entire time. They messed up my wheel on my last service then denied it and blamed it on the people I bought my tires from. They fired 3 service employees this month for doing bad work. I will never ever go back there for anything.

Our service rep, Matthew, was great and the bill was reasonable. They do a thorough inspection and the fixes they recommend are pricey but you have the option to pass. I'm having my personal mechanic take care of those. The waiting area is very nice but they also have a shuttle service if you want to go eat while you're waiting.

Extra charge if using a credit card. Which would have been okay had they mentioned that up front (so I could go to an ATM) and not just have a 3x5 card with small Print. Just lost a costumer and Subaru lost a repeat Subaru buyer. This will be my last Subaru.

Liked Wyatt Johnson. Don't like CARFAX . Ok I'll add More. Carfax is intrusive and makes money by downgrading the condition of cars so that many dealers (not Wyatt Johnson Subaru) can give less money on trade ins. Also it ignores service performed at independent repair shops.

I was charged for an oil change plus a tire rotation with a special price coupon. The next day after checking the tires I realized that the tires had not been rotated. I was charged but the service on the tires was not performed. I am now very skeptical of having any other service done at this dealership. Very dissatisfied.
