Two days prior to arrival I made the staff aware that I had a Toyota Tundra that needed service. I asked about a filter being there I was assured it would be there. After arriving it took 2 hours for the filter to arrive from Toyota. The total time for me at Subaru was a little over 3 hours. Not satisfied with customer service.

Will NOT ever use Wyatt Johnson again. I purchased 2 Subaru's back to back from them. They sold me an extended warranty. After some time they realized a new warranty company was needed. Instead of helping their existing customers transfer their warranties from a junk company, I had NO help repairing my car when I needed it. UNDER WARRANTY.

Scott Winstead was nice to work with. He kept me up to date on the status of my car. The Subaru mechanics said that my transmission needed to be replaced. But after they replaced it, it was still driving the same and they said that I should service my spark plugs. When I changed the spark plugs myself, my car operated perfectly. I believe the mechanics misdiagnosed my issue and I spent over $6000 for a repair I did not need!

Car wasn't all I expected but that was my fault. It had the same trim level as what I traded in but lacked several features that I was expecting. Folks I dealt with were fine to work with -Dee Crenshaw and Kevin Sanford. I thought price was fair but the process went on too long. They were busy that morning so I can overlook that. All in all, I would consider dealing with them again.

Even though they had a garaged bay to deliver cars, we were left to walk around the vehicle in the drizzling rain to ensure the accessories were installed. The salesman was not present this day.

She sold me ny Crosstrek and shes absolutely amazing and makes people feel comfortable even after the sale is made. Then Lindsey in service checked me out and got me back in my car. 5 stars for all 3 ladies. They were awesome.

Mr. Winstead, the service coordinator, was exceptional. Very capable and I felt he was an advocate as well as an advisor. The assessment done on my vehicle (aside from the problem at hand) was suspect as a new set of tires was suggested on a set in excellent condition with barely 10,000 miles on them.

Even though I didn't buy my 2024 Forester Wilderness from them (long story) I was treated by the service department as if I did. The dealership I purchased from is over 120 miles away, this dealership is around 50 so it make more sense going there for service. I can say my father-in-law bought his Subaru from them and he too is very pleased with the service.

I will add that I had a less than satisfactory experience a month before, but they made it right with no hesitation and gave me full confidence that they really cared about making things better.
