The dealership made sure that we were taken care of, they provided us with a loaner vehicle that resembled our vehicle. The dealership communicated very well throughout the entire process, they would call at minimum once a week to update us on the status of our vehicle.

Took 1.5hrs to do an oil change that was scheduled and supposed to rotate tires and that did not take place. Oil change was done but no new sticker with the next oil change mileage updated, still has the old sticker on the window. Service center is going down hill fast and not happy with the service at Wyatt Johnson anymore.
