I liked the friendly staff but I didn't like waiting for 3 hours to get an estimate and then not being told until 4:30 that they did not have the parts to replace the rear shocks on my car. it was a major waste of of my day, lost income, had to drive an hour to get there, etc

I felt like I was the only customer there because RJ took time out of his busy schedule to explain every detail of the service/s that was performed on my car. He treated me like I was his own mom/grandmother.

I had an appointment at 10am and I finally left at 2:50 because they hadn't even looked to see what the issue was. At the 3 hour mark my vehicle was still parked outside and I questioned about it. I was asked to give them another hour and I waited 2 and still nothing. What is the purpose of getting an appointment if I'm going to have my car sit for almost 5 hours before it's looked at?

I have the appt at 8:30 and receive my car until 11:00 for oil change and tire rotation i noticed ny car was parked outside finished the oil change when i got the message of more services needed this is backwards they not send the car out before inspection i mentioned that to the service person and he said you dont arrive until 9am.. i arrived 8:30 so bad experience this time

It was moderately inconvenient to have to wait a week to have our tire fixed (2 nails in it) but the work was done well and they also did a recall fix that was newly announced. Some confusion re: the charges which I got resolved because I had proof they said a new tire was $300 (initially billed $550 before I got it corrected).

They offer a shuttle if you need to go somewhere, the wait area is ok. Thankfully didn't have to wait too long. They also let me know all the work my car needs so I can stay updated.
