Waiting area was not comfy! No waters, no snacks, no TV, no sofas to sit on, powdered creamer looked old & coffee cups were too small and coffee over spilled, and NO paper towels to clean or dry up the spill. Oil Service was done well & audrey was great!

They gave me a loaner they knew had a defective tire. Sure enough it went flat, causing serious inconvenience. Also it had almost no gas. They said they would have my car for 18 hours. They had it over 48 hours and never called wit any update. I have not heard from them since they sent the tow truck for their loaner with the flat tire.

Did not fix recall of seat switch due to lack of parts. Was called to pick up car. Nothing was said about the recall not being fixed. I noticed when home looking at the paperwork. I will not use this dealership again for anything in spite of the fact it is very close to my home. They failed to find a rattle on a previous visit months ago. Car still has rattle as well as faulty seat switch.

Problem was they had 2 to 3 weeks to order the parts for my vehicle. Yes when i got there they did not have the spark plugs to do the job. They only did the Kia recalls. Replacement of the spark plugs were not done. Yet the service manager insisted that i pay for the spark plugs in advance...go figure.

My car was experiencing an unusual defect the rubber inside the window mouldings were actually melting. The station submitted photos to determine if repairs were covered under warranty. I returned about a moth later and all four window mouldings were replaced at no cost to me!! :-)
