Was traveling from houston and Went for a service. They charged me for alignment and didn't even dis it right. I drove from San Antonio to Houston back. My tired got totally ruined. They didn't even care about straightening of my steering. On contrary told me its going to take 4200 to fix. I came back to Houston, went to my local dealer. They charge me $80 and fixed my alignment and checked all my sensors which were fine. Never ever

The service people were nice. Except when I called and left several messages. They did not call me back. Then when I called the girl who answered was rude. After getting through them my experience was awsome. Tony the service manager was very professional. And my car is fixed. That's what matters,! Thanks

If they had done the brake job right in December after having spent 12+ hours waiting, I had to return because it was making squeaking noises like I haven't had them changed. I used to hold them in high regard but after that service I don't trust or question anything they do.

I arrived at the dealership at 7am in the morning for an oil change and replacement of brake pads front and back. I did expect to have a wait time but was there for 10hours. I didn't leave the dealership until after 5pm for this service. To no fault of my service advisor she did all she could. The technican in the back preforming the service are inept to do there assigned work.

Waiting area was not comfy! No waters, no snacks, no TV, no sofas to sit on, powdered creamer looked old & coffee cups were too small and coffee over spilled, and NO paper towels to clean or dry up the spill. Oil Service was done well & audrey was great!

They gave me a loaner they knew had a defective tire. Sure enough it went flat, causing serious inconvenience. Also it had almost no gas. They said they would have my car for 18 hours. They had it over 48 hours and never called wit any update. I have not heard from them since they sent the tow truck for their loaner with the flat tire.

Took car in for recall. Didn't request unrelated inspection that was done. Presented with $800 worth of suggested repairs. I said no. Drove car home. Tires were overinflated and dashboard settings changed. Won't return there for service in future.
