I liked their honesty. They did an assessment and described what was needed thoroughly. No pressure to fix every issue on a 21 year old car. They layered the importance of what to fix first and offered to do less important issues at a later date. It's a comfort I appreciated.

Great customer service - the team is accommodating and timely. After they changed all the brake pads on our BMW, they forgot to reset the vehicle's computer; however took care of us when we brought it to their attention.
Feel they are honest and fair. We have gone to them on several occasions now.
