Unfortunately change to their services is why. I don't need full service oil change done, and yet I'd pay for it although all I need is the oil and oil filter replaced. Not something that I see fit for a company and giving choice to customer to choose what service to get like they did before. And now takes longer to complete oil change.

Unclear about their service's or what you're paying for. Oil on the radiator cover, which leaked out onto front grill and bumper. Oil cap NOT torqued to spec. I had to do it.... Sad to say. Jiffy Lube provides a LITTLE better service.... Not by much tho. Guess I'll have to go back to changing it myself....
