Top notch service. It's not the cheapest shop but it's always great service. I had to return after purchasing 4 new tires because my car exhibited vibration at highway speeds. They discovered that the balancing weights on one wheel were missing. They rebalanced all four wheels and all is well. They did not charge me for the return trip. They always do the right thing.

Excellent service. During inspection a failing part was identified. The quote I received was quite a bit more than I was expecting to pay. When I inquired about any discounts or coupons, I was given a small reduction in price for which I was grateful. Great job to the team.

They did the oil change but didn't rotate the tires. Because I always mark them before I take it to dealership. Imagine till this day they never changed the oil who would've known. But they always brag about doing rotating the tires too on the paperwork

We regret hearing your accusation of not doing a tire rotation. We provided you with the video of your service and your wheels and tires were off the car. Your tread is getting low which we advised so we will always put the best on the front. A 35,000 mile service is all about the rotation and a deep look in to your brakes. Went to have headlamps adjusted. They said they couldn't adjust them and wanted $3200 to replace the two headlamps. Am going to seek second opinion and other replacement options. They did not charge me for the service call which was nice.

We regret we cannot assist with your headlamps concerns. Unfortunately with the vehicle being almost 20 years old there can also be a problem with adjustment component. Lexus only sells the complete headlight assembly and it can be costly.
