They did the oil change but didn't rotate the tires. Because I always mark them before I take it to dealership. Imagine till this day they never changed the oil who would've known. But they always brag about doing rotating the tires too on the paperwork

We regret hearing your accusation of not doing a tire rotation. We provided you with the video of your service and your wheels and tires were off the car. Your tread is getting low which we advised so we will always put the best on the front. A 35,000 mile service is all about the rotation and a deep look in to your brakes. This was my first experience with this dealership. Experience with service personnel was excellent. They offered a complementary car wash and my vehicle came out sparkling clean and they even washed the mats! Definitely recommend this location and wouldn't go with my previous dealership in Chicago.

Went to have headlamps adjusted. They said they couldn't adjust them and wanted $3200 to replace the two headlamps. Am going to seek second opinion and other replacement options. They did not charge me for the service call which was nice.

We regret we cannot assist with your headlamps concerns. Unfortunately with the vehicle being almost 20 years old there can also be a problem with adjustment component. Lexus only sells the complete headlight assembly and it can be costly.
