I felt like when I took my car in. I told them what was my issue. They didn't solve my issue instead they came up with other issues that they say that they saw and charge me 2600 for things that I didn't want it fixed at the time I only wanted the problem I brought it in for to be fixed And I'm still having the same issue but spent out 2600. I don't recommend anybody to go to them even though they were nice people

Rogue went in Monday, no appointment, car hadn't been starting all the time, intermittently, one day it would, the next it wouldn't. It needed a starter, the local Nissan dealer starter was very expensive, they ordered one from a different supplier, took a few days but we got car back yesterday.

I called them as an emergency, on the way to the pharmacy when engine light came on. Within 30 minutes my car was at the shop for diagnostic testing. The next day they called and explained in detail the problem and the cost for the repairs. My car was returned 2days.
ps: they also did a free inspection of the entire car.

Service at Woodards is always great. Myra, Casey and Frasier all go out of their way to make sure me and my car are well taken care of. The service team who work on the cars are first rate too. Never had a complaint about the work they do! Im moving 68 miles away and Ill definitely make the drive for both of my cars servicing needs. From oil changes to maintenance on my hybrids, theyve got a customer as long as they are working on cars.
