Honda wolfchase was not able to find the hairline fracture in my rim. And therefore didnt do anything to my tire, Even though they were told it was going flat and the TPS Light was on. A smaller auto shop was able to diagnose the problem. I'll be returning to Honda Southaven to have the problem fixed since I still have a warranty for my tires.

Wolfchase Honda was the only repair facility, after two others, that was able to properly diagnose and fix my car's issue. During my visit, Wolfchase Honda was going through renovations, but the staff explained everything about their process and explained all the different options I had. They were able to repair my car in less than two business days.

Everything was fine from the service check in, to the wait for the service to be done, to the paying for it all. But then . . . came the WAIT for the delivery of my vehicle. It was much longer than I'd experienced before. A customer should never have to hear, "I'm sorry," from the employee that brings any vehicle around for that customer.

The staff are nice and very efficient. Our advisor, James Bond, told us what service was due on the car and the price. He gave us an estimate of when the car would be ready. It was ready before the promised time. This dealership is very easy to work with. Kind, courteous staff in all the departments.

Everyone I had contact with was very nice professional attentive. My car was serviced very quickly. I came in for an oil changed and my tires rotated. I think I was only there for about an hour and a half, and you don't have to have an appointment for Service.

Dexter took care of our service visit. Cody performed the work back in the garage area. This was a needed service visit plus a battery replacement. Very expensive visit. Personnel very polite and prompt. Phone call when problem discovered. Work done quickly and efficiently. So glad we have good service dept to handle our van. I was expecting to be here a while for the services I was getting done, but they had me out the door relatively quick. The associates were all friendly and helpful. Comfortable waiting area with several TVs, tables near electrical sockets, and WiFi. I was able to get a little work done while waiting and then watch a quick movie on my laptop. I sincerely feel that this will be my service location going forward.

I had been going to Autonation Honda for a couple decades now. I tried calling and inquiring about a service there and got the run around. I emailed Wolfchase Honda and got a response within a couple hours. I took my vehicle in for transmission service and was back on my way in under 2 hours. I'm fairly sure I've found a new place to take my vehicle for service after all these years!
