I don't believe that any service was performed on my car- besides diagnosis to tell me that my car with 157,000 miles on it needed $8000 worth of repairs on its transmission. It has always been serviced and well taken care of and I believe you should get more miles out of a vehicle than this! I will not be buying another Ford.

Dropped off my truck for two software updates that were on safety recalls. Because I purchased my truck from Wolf Motors I received a loaner vehicle so there was no waiting for the work to be completed. 5 hours later the service work was complete and everything seems fine.

I liked the genuine concern shown and the speed my repairs were taken care of even though I was only on the waiting list. I wish it was closer to home. Didn't like the high price but not much can be done about that nowadays. I appreciated the fact that the serviceman found a coupon for me to use, that was very thoughtful.
