The technician was very nice and kept me up to date with my truck since the part was being delivered from another location during bad weather. Since the part did not make it to the shop on that day they gave me a rental car till my truck was fixed. The rental car was very old BUT it worked just and got me to work and back.

On the phone when I enquired the estimated cost I was told that it would cost $108 by one person but when I received the final bill given by another person it was above $200. With the coupon I was able to bring it to $180. If this service center charges equivalent to or more than the Honda Dealer service I am thinking why someone would try at Wiygul?

Excellent customer service. Brought my car in a couple months prior and had some work done but there was a new issue after I got the car back. Could not bring the car back for a bit but when I did I was expecting them to say they couldn't find an issue or that I would have to pay for it. Opposite was true and they found the issue and said there was no charge. Company gives updates throughout the process and are always friendly.

I dropped it off without an appointment (again). Windsheild wipers didn't work, but fuze was ok. They gave me an Uber home. Texted it was ready. They gave me an Uber back. They did a quick and cheap fix; I decided to postpone the expensive repair that would last another decade. Easy. Nice text update. Nice ride there/back.

Another great experience! The employees are very respectful and communicate so well about problems and solutions to problems with your car. They are accurate in predicting when your car will be ready and try to be timely to get the work done. You can't beat the free Uber ride so you can drop off your car.

By 3:00 pm, I had heard nothing. I called and told them that I have a doctor's appointment the next day day and I have to have it back for that.
Shortly after my call, they said it was ready.

Franco at the front desk explained in great detail the services required on the car. Overall, it was a quick and easy process to get the tires replaced. On the way out, Marco came out to ensure the car software was properly synced to new tires. Very satisfied with the services. Definitely recommend it!

Mr Alex wasn't that very in a mood to talk to anyone or do any work that day it seems..or he just has a problem with English..but the attitude also wasn't very "APPROACHABLE" to be very specific. I never had this issue earlier at Herndon, VA centre..but at Reston, VA ..I won't recommend it to anyone..

On my first visit, the multi-point inspection identified all aspects as being able to pass inspection. The next weekend, my tires failed inspection by a lot (tread wear was measured at just half of what was shown the week before). While the brake work was completed well, I am having issues reconciling the difference between the multi-point inspection and the safety inspection just 7 days later.

Ask for an ESTIMATE only for starter replacement and while they were 3 * more than normal
$1200 vs $400.
I told them I would have a tow company come pick up vehicle and they charged me $120 for a diagnoses
I only asked for and estimate which is what I KNEW was wrong

Good job as usual knocking out a complex job just before the holiday. One small gripe: as part of the regular service, I would have expected a quick check of tire pressure and ensuring all were at spec. One tire was low and triggered TPMS in the days after the visit. Had to go fill the tire on my own (it was down to 25 PSI).

some ordering of parts and errors set back repair time, but they for the most part keep you updated. Also I like the fact they rate problems at red , yellow and green levels highlighting necessity, but leave it up to you to prioritize without pressure. Have been a client for past 3 years

I've taken my car to Wiygul every year for a long time now and they always do such a great job. They check it over thoroughly and let me know what problems, if any, they find and fix it. The staff is very nice to me and always offer to call an Uber for me if I need a ride home. I would not want to take my car anywhere else.
