The original issue was taken care of in a timely manner. Just as promised. However an additional issue occurred after leaving the dealership that may or may not be related to the original issue. I was told it was not but it is coincidental that almost immediately after leaving a fault occurred. This is my first visit to the dealership so I will give them the benefit of doubt.

They are very nice place and they took good care of my care. But, waiting for several hours for what they called a "Software reset" and then a wash was a bit much and it seemed like only the person helping me was helping everyone and he seemed the busiest. I do like them, but they could share the workload. Just my opinion.

The staff was exceptional as always. Eddie is great, and I have seen him since I bought my first BMW back in 2018. I highly recommend this dealership. The video reviews of the vehicle inspections are great and the technicians give a great explanation of what needs to be done on your vehicle. Top tier service...but expensive. You bought a BMW, so get used to it.

Service was good. The tech did what he promised and provided a short video. It was under the parts warranty. Car was washed when I picked it up. The dealership provided a nice new loaner vehicle for me to use while my car was in the shop. And Dante is an excellent service rep.

Mike Evelyn, service advisor, and service technicians always do a great job, ensuring all work is completed on or ahead of schedule. They provide thorough updates and assessment of vehicle's current condition. they are the reason I am willing to drive 40 miles to ensure the best possible service and care. The two dealerships in Denver are not customer friendly and could care less about customer loyalty and support!

I went in to Winslow BMW without an appointment desperate for help, I had a short window to walk away from my used car purchase and had a check engine light on. They worked my car into their day, and went over it and found everything that needed to be addressed than worked with the warranty company, and I got it back better than ever! Kind, efficient and through. I will take my car to them from this point on

Bought my used certified vehicle from them. Put less than 5000 miles on the vehicle and they tell me my rear brake pads and rotors are due for replacement. Along with needing to replace my spark plugs. Service would be more than $1700. Very disappointed that this dealership didn't perform these services before they sold me the vehicle!!!

As always the service done was excellent. Service agent was very good. I like that they do a very nice video of what was done to the car and showing the condition of the whole car. In this case the video had not sound so could not hear what the service person was saying about the car.

Winslow's service department does excellent work. After a thorough video inspection, which they shared with me via message, they said they'd need my car for a couple of days, and they gave me a brand new loaner car. Of course BMW service costs a bit more than other service centers may charge, but you can count on their expertise and know that the work will be done properly.

Forget to dispose of the old tires. Needed a part fixed. When we showed up for the appointment the part hadn't arrived so we had to come back another day. The Service Department should have called us to reschedule ahead of time.
