Usually the service is great. We dropped the car off the night before for an early appointment. I texted the service manager twice w/o a reply. I called the dealership and was told that 2 service techs did not show up that day. It was a trying day, we pick up the car just before closing.

Done timely, actually a little early, Replaced headlamp assembly with incorrect unit (non OEM) that caused battery to drain, requiring call to AAA for jump starts and return to body shop for correct part to be installed and additional car rental days. Good, they had my account on file probably cause I purchased the vehicle there. Thought the pre-paid maintenance was over so went to another dealership in Millsboro but they could not pull up my records on-line from Hyundai and I could not remember about the HPP prepaid maintenance though it sounded familiar so paid for it again though it was already paid for. Also they talked me into a lot of extra maintenance work.

Car wasn't charging properly, though it was showing it was charged to 100%. Service plug it in to charge to 100%, drive it the 17 miles it charged to and claimed since the battery lasted for the full 17 miles it charged to that it must have been the cold weather. They told me to wait until summer to see what kind of miles I get. I'm not a mechanic, but I'm also not as dumb as they think.

Not my first visit. From arrival to departure, this visit was the quickest and most efficient. At departure, there was no offer of apparent "needed" services at additional cost - GOOD!! I had requested that two items of minor importance be reviewed. However, upon picking up the car afterwards, the representative made no mention of these and so I had to follow up. There were no negative consequences.

Car doesn't charge past 20 miles, whistles while you drive down the highway with window partially open, battery isn't holding the charge overnight and takes a long time to get a response on when you can get the Zurich coating put on, although you have to pay a good price for the package. All about sales and no care for customers.

Service department easy to get a hold of on the day of your appointment when getting tires and oil change. Then after you pay and they are supposed to send you written warranty on road hazard for tires. They disappear and don't follow thru. Not Good Service

I have had trouble with the car since I have had it back, I called on the following Tuesday to the customer care person but never heard back. The only issue with this visit was the communication. Service was great but it was not communicated that work was going to be performed once they found the issue a hand with my vehicle. My spouse was told that he would have to come back to get the work performed. I'm totally grateful that they performed the work and repaired my car on the spot. My husband just did not expect the long wait time.
