I took my 2024 RAM 1500 Classic in to have Windward RAM install a MOPAR 4 inch lift. Seth is my GO TO service advisor and he basically personally managed my job from start to finish. He told me it would take 4 days and he delivered my truck back in THREEE!!

So far my last few visits were great. Service was great, the staff was communicative and got my truck service in a timely manner. I had a faulty DEF injector and they were able to take me in the very next day. Will continue to be bringing my truck here for all future services.

Great service! Came in with a suspension issue where I heard a "pop" from my right front strut turning left into my driveway. Truck only has 14,000 mile so everything is covered under warranty. Kalani the suspension master tech and Seth, my service advisor figured it out and fixed my issue!

The techs had a lot of difficulty diagnosing the issue with my car. After paying for two expensive parts plus labor, the car still didn't work correctly. They recommended a third very expensive part to fix the issue, but my patience was exhausted with their trial and error method.

My service representative, William, was very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He did his best to keep my cost down since this was a large service (60k service) and was north of $3000.
Yhe only concern I had was the mechanic told William they couldn't replace my headlight bulbs cause the normal process was to replace the hole headlight assembly. Which I thought was ridiculous. I changed the bulbs myself when I got home.

I was not informed on an additional $70 disposal fee on top of my oil Change price. I was told after the car was done. And with how fast I got my car back, I do not believe a full safety check was performed. I should probably check my oil to make sure it was actually changed also.

The service Attendant, Rey Pascual, gave me excellent service. He had kept me informed on my vehicle when it was in for service and followed up after I brought my car home. When my manufacturers warranty expires I will be bringing my vehicle back to Windward Dodge in Kaneohe for my extended 5 year warranty due to the outstanding service that I had received from Rey.

They definitely did not fix the issue. I honestly can say I won't be taking my car here anymore, unless for contract coverage issues. The mechanic couldn't figure it out and decided to replace something that doesn't even look replaced. I still have the same issue. I've had nothing but poor service from them.

Repairs were done and wheel alignment was off. This was supposedly redone. Car still pulls to right. I don't think they did a proper alignment cause they don't know how. Also feels like the digital tracking is messed up and not recalibrated after previous cv joint repair.

Nothing but problems, not getting part orders right and repairs are not getting completed correctly. Multiple trips for the same problem. Don't buy a jeep and expect them to respond. Poor communication. In shop for 5 months...then after just couple of weeks back in shop for 2 months.

They didn't check my tire pressure, which was low on all 4 tires. They failed to reset the life of oil to 100% and theyeft it to me to put my oil change reminder sticker in the upper left corner of the windshield.
They did rotate my tires correctly, thange oil & filter, complete my safety check and change all 3 of my wiper blades as per my request. It also appears they compled my fluid check.

When i purchased the car in 2017 from Windward Dodge it came with a tires for life warranty. It seems that everytime we need tires I end up getting declined and having to argue with the service department. Not impressed since this has happened on multiple occasions over the last 5 years. If you are buying a car and they promise you this great warranty, please think twice.

Express service not so expresseven with 3+/- service techs in each of the 2 bays.
Arrived at 0645, 5 cars ahead of me. I had to look if my svc was done around 0915. Time so important since I left my 91 year old Mother with Alzheimers home alone to get it done by date on sticker.
On the mainland I would get in/out in about 20-30 minutes with about same amount ahead of me. Maybe Safety inspection should not be in express lane.
