I told them and left the wheel lock in plain sight and someone had been rambling through my car. Tire pressure sensor was leaking around the seal and they wanted to charge $70 for a new sensor when a new seal kit only cost $3.49. They tried to rip my wife off.

My wife inquired about a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe listed on their website. In the beginning talks were going well regarding negotiations. She was wanting to have the vehicle price 28K OTD not including taxes and fees. The car is priced online at 30K not including fees and taxes. She requested a phone call to which the sales rep AJ screamed and berated her. The vehicle has been on the lot 215 days providing wiggle room for negotiation. We were willing to finance through the dealership and would be putting 7K cash as a down payment. My wife also mentioned we were both Active Duty military and yet this is how they treat potential clients. Truly sad and a loss for their business!
