I usually have no issues but this time the push to sell was definitely there and when I declined the attitude was not needed. Also, I work as most of us do and was rushed to come get the car because they were closing. I walked in with 20 minutes to spare and the ladies purse was on the counter and she was just biting at the bit to get out of the door. If my oil changes weren't free I wouldn't go back.

The service department at Winchester Mitsubishi is fantastic. I called and they worked me in the SAME day to show a sign of hospitality. Tire rotation, multipoint inspection and synthetic oil change all complete in under 1 hour. The cost was under $90 as well, that's pretty competitive. I am happy

The staff was very nice and polite. I wasn't happy with how long to get an oil change especially when I had an appointment. And when we purchased the car it came with free oil change and free car wash and I was told they could not was the vehicle.

Was there for a oil change and to fix a trim issue . When I came to pick up my vehicle, inspected it and trim piece was worse . Took it to the dealership they looked at it and agreed. They said they would handle it and get back to me . Over a month later and I still haven't heard anything !!

They didn't have the amount of people on staff that they should have to do the work so therefore I had to wait a while but if you go there for Ben Shabib he is an excellent service manager and because they were short and couldn't originally do my tire rotation he personally went back there and did it himself. When the garage tells you about a battery issue that the dealership was supposed to fix since I obtained the vehicle and started complaining: "sir, we've found an issue with the battery that may impact xyz", and you've repeatedly told the dealership about that said xyz 13x already but no action... it feels really good. It feels really really good.
