Quinton did a fantastic job in recommending the best tires for my Subaru at great price. Every time I've ever come in for maintenance he's always steered me in the right direction. He provides excellent customer service while keeping the best interest of the customer. Will keep coming back to Wilsonville Subaru.

My service manager was Glesky and he took the time to come out to my car to see if he could just make an adjustment but it needed further inspection. I also had my oil changed and it was discovered I had an oil leak and needed a new valve cover gasket . Very grateful it was discovered before I took another trip.

The service advisor, Tyler, was communicative and pleasant. The experience was seamless and although I needed more work done than anticipated, it was still a positive experience. I appreciated having access to a complimentary loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced.

Well the people are nicebut the lot attendant decided to play bumper cars with my Outback requiring a new bumper now and a full front repaint. Can't really give too many stars for this visit. Atleast the dealership is being super upfront and trying to make it as painless as possible. They are definitely doing everything possible to make it right.

My appointment was at 7a and I was there at 7a. My car wasn't looked at until 7:45a and it took an hour for the oil change and tire rotation. The service time is fine, it's waiting around for them to get to my car that's annoying. I live an hour away so dropping my car off and coming back isn't an option. Overall they do good work and are courteous.

The Eyesight Recalibration service was excellent. However, either the service technician or the Carfax data entry person entered the incorrect mileage by +4000 miles, sending my CarFax alerts into panic mode. (I fixed it by adding a dummy service report - Replaced odometer.)

Arrived and car work completed more than an hour shorter than estimated at 2 hours and 30 minutes versus 3 1/2 - 4 hours, and quality of work was very good with professional recommendations, easy scheduling, and finished costs literally right on the button of estimate --- just 10 cents off on a $800 estimate!
