Exceptional service from walking through the door to the end. I know now who and where I want my service for my car. Car Fax you can transfer all my maintenance from Swickard, my car was bought from Town & Country when they sold it I was bummed by the vibes I got at Swickard. My sense now tells me I made a great move to Wilsonville Honda!

Los empleados son amables, tuve servicio de mantenimiento y el tiempo fue breve. Los baños están siempre limpios, mis niños disfrutan las sillas de masaje que tienen en la área de espera. Me ofrecieron rotación de llantas gratis, no solamente eso pero también me dieron un voucher para lavado de carro gratis. Puse todas las estrellas por que tienen personal que habla Español en el departamento de mantenimiento :)

I had to take my car in on an emergency. My alternator went out. The service department was very helpful. They were concerned about my safety as the car could stall enroute if the battery was completely depleted. They fixed the problem in one day. Everyone is so friendly and I have had nothing but good experiences at Wilsonville Honda. I would recommend them to anyone who wants great service.

The service advisors are very thorough in explaining required and optional services and repairs, and in giving accurate time frames and assistance with transportation while your car is being serviced. All repairs and maintenance have been done to my satisfaction and have never had to return twice to get a problem fixed.

Service personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, and always take time to explain the details of the service received. Im always greeted by my name, facilities are clean and tidy and its a pleasure to do business with Wilsonville Honda.
I would definitely recommend them to other Honda owners. Tires did not need to be rotated.

Jennette is always awesome to work with. I had taken car to multiple repair shops no one was able to diagnose so contacted Jennette, she got me in quickly, had mechanic drive with me to diagnose. Repair was spendy but now drives like a new car! :-)

The team in the service department was able to fit me in on a Saturday, when I discovered I had a nail in my tire and the tire had to be replaced under warranty. When they discovered that the warranty company was closed and it would be Monday before they could get authorization, they provided a loaner car and let me keep it til Tuesday, so that I wouldnt miss my daughters performance Monday night. Great service and solutions.

Wilsonville Honda performed my service quickly and they were great about following up with me to make sure that i didn't miss the appointment. they also made sure to let me know of a recall that was on my vehicle. The staff were friendly and the amenities were very comfortable at their location.

I have given them three different changes, but this last time is the last. Ive gone in to get my oil changed three different times and each time theyve screwed something up on my car. This latest time they forgot to resecure the air dam under my car and when I went over a train trussell it got ripped off. Now Ive got to get a hold of them to see how theyre going to fix my car and make my car hole again.

I bring my Accord to them for all of my service needs, even though they 30 miles away and there are 4 Honda dealerships closer to my home. Why? Because they are competitively priced, do GREAT work and always have a loaner car available.

Disrespectful, Told them that my tail lights wasnt working, and trying to sell me a bulb when I brought the car everything working. Once I got the car ran ohkay, was a little odd but now is running super poor, sometimes it dies when idling, never taking my car there again!

Didn't come out to greet me when I pulled up, didn't acknowledge me at the counter for nearly 5 minutes, didn't check my brakes or complete a vehicle inspection, didn't top off fluids, added too much oil. Had a coupon but it was hardly worth the savings.

Had to have new fuel pump and connector installed. They were very accommodating to my wife because all the cars they had for a loaner had manual seat and she needed a car with power seat, because of health issues, so they found a car with power seats, that she could use. Very happy with their service.
