Everyone was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They let you know what needed to be done before working on your vehicle. I took my truck in for brake work and found out that an adjustment was made and I didn't need any brake work done. Very honest people and they care about their customers!! Wilson Tire Awesome!!

They are always nice and explain what is going to be done to car. They let you know if they find something else that needs attention and ask if you want that done as well. They tell the price of things before they start and obtain permission to complete work. Very respectful of customers.

Normally a really good experience.
Dropped vehicle off at 9am and returned at 4:30 to pick up. When I asked about the tire sensor they said it would be a little while. I thought for sure within 7.5 hrs they would have had it completed and ready for pick up. Still had to wait an additional hour. Next time I will be waiting on my vehicle as usual.
