Williamson and Mike provided me and excelent service. They replaced a part on my car and didn't charge me for it; I was able to watch part of a FIFA match with other customers, but I didn't finish watching it because the service was fast and efficient.

The service was quick and the the price more reasonable than a local transmission shop. The transmission is running great now and I recommend checking with Williamson before you go to a local repair shop. They are reasobly priced for transmission fluid changes.

They Called to pick up the car. They gave us the car without being ready. They did not know this. When we told them they realized that they order the wrong parts and it was going to take a few weeks to get the new ones. How is this possible? Where is the quality process? Very disappointed with the service. We have a Cadillac and they always provide cheap rentals.

Worst experience, they kept my car for 8 days without any severe reason. There were 2 issues. Software and tire replacement request. After escalating the matter I finally got a phone call to come pickup my car, they gave me invoice for both work. But guess what, next morning I noticed they did not change the tire and I have to go see them again. Such an unprofessional behavior, they don't care about your precious time.

I wasnt happy about how expensive it was first of all. Then, they usually wash the car and they didnt this time. I also had to be the one to ask if my car was ready after an oil change. They usually call me to let me know. 2 hours had passed and I was still waiting. Had I not asked, who knows how long I would have waited

So far loyalty at Williamson pays, 6 leases at 3yrs / lease = 18 years, only one time had issues with the tires and my service advisor Tony and the manager B. Ledesma took care without hesitation. Yo practically don't find dedicated persons like that any more.

I didn't like that I Wasn't call about the static of my car and it was there more than a week and I had to continue to call check statics of my car, I had to rent a car. I rented a car for a week and they took more than a week and I was left without a car. I was the one contacting them to see what the static was on my car. I was very disappointed with the service I received.

The worst, my car was in the shop with no answer/update to include my parts taking weeks to come in, and losing my order parts. To make matters worse worst the EV concierge after they a peace everything and offered me a month compensation due to my car being in the dealership for more than a month. They call me with a negative attitude/frustrated to tell me that there is nothing they can do.

After interacting with this place, I felt like I was dealing with the annoying little low rent car dealer, that is trying any and every little stupid trick in the book... If I could rate this experience 0 or -5 it would be more appropriate... After reading some of the reviews of people that had to deal with them, it appears that many feel same way.
