I had an excellent experience with the service department at Williams Toyota of Elmira. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure my car was taken care of the right way. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the visit, and the work was completed efficiently.

I didn't like that they are now very impersonal. They use to check out the car and then someone would come and talk to you about any issues that might need attention. Now they send a text message and ask you to accept or decline the additional work. Needless to say, all work was declined and I will have it done elsewhere unless it might void the warranty.

Friendly people. I appreciated they didn't touch my lights this time. I have them set like I like them and sometimes they change that, which is frustrating. In the past, they have always offered a complimentary quick car wash. They didn't do that this time, which was disappointing.

Excellent service as always. Had my tires rotated and all my wipers replaced for the winter seasons. Was advised of the cost to replace my side mirror that was damaged by the state crew on I-390 (might be replacing that when I have my state inspection done in March as the price was not too exorbitant to replace the side mirror). The service was extremely fast. Thank you.

Customer service reps not very welcoming. My car sat for 30 minutes before I was told it was done. Customer rep rushed through what was wrong with car. I had to ask for the keys. Poor service

Waited 4 days to give me a $1500 estimate that I had fixed elsewhere for under $300. Should have told me they wouldnt get it in, not get my hopes up - as I was in a jam. They thought they had me, as the car was in drivable, so I was very disappointed. Ive utilized their service for years, but Im considering their practices have change from happy customers focus.

Service writers prompt, well informed, exhibited great customer service. They made recommendations and and in some instances noted a particular item was not needed. Very impressed that a manager got involved with a particularly perplexing issue with my intermittent windshield wipers and solved the problem! This seems to be the consistent result when servicing my cars at Williams Toyota of Emira!
