I had a loud rattle from the fan. I was concerned that it would be an expensive repair, requiring removal of the dashboard. An hour later the service manager handed me an oak leaf that had got sucked in and was stuck somewhere causing the fan to be off-balance and rattle. There was no charge for the service. Fan works great now, very quiet. Excellent!

Dropped vehicle off on July 3. Sign indicated they were closed on the Fourth of July but open normal business hours on Saturday when actually they were closed on Saturday as well. Did not get my vehicle back until Monday and they never mentioned or apologized for the delay.

The comment about how long it took me to return the liner vehicle and the fact the loner had no gas. I am not happy about this visit at all. Getting the comment I show have returned the vehicle sooner when I work till 6pm and work in Grand Rapids. The fact I asked 2 years ago to get my battery replaced and it didn't happen and not it is out of warranty is not okay. It's too the pint I may not return here.

I had a 7:30 am appointment for an oil change. I arrived at 7:15 am. I left at 8:55 am. Why does it take almost 90 minutes for an oil change? No updates, no explanation. Just bad service. This is the second time in a row but it will be the last time. Next time I will drive to Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo.

Didn't provide service and evaluation summary. Said brake pads were at 3mm and needed replacing immediately but an independent shop measured them at 5mm three weeks later. Also said rotors need replacement which independent shop also did not agree with.

Our check engine light went on when traveling from Chicago to Brighton, MI. We were able to get to the Lansing MI Hyundai. We left our car in the lot and put our keys and a note in the box. John Walker contacted us, and took great care of us! We left the car on the 29th, and it was done by the 31st. We planned to head back home on the 1st. John was very professional and courteous! Couldn't have had a better experience!

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. My only criticisms, I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment in respect of their time, but I wasn't acknowledged until 15 minutes after my appointment. They need to be more organized for check-in. It also took nearly an hour for the oil change.

Price was reasonable and I appreciate the overall health check at no charge. Waiting room is very comfortable and inviting, the golden retriever aka boss and mascot that hangs around with guests is awesome. All staff is very pleasant. My only issue was while waiting 4 hours not once did I get an update on how much longer to expect service to be completed. I will return for any work in the future.

Informed me that my battery was fully charged. The information that I got from Maple Hill was wrong. My battery was under warranty. If I had needed a new battery they wouldn't have charged me. However, Maple Hill said that my battery needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me about $120 to do so. Unfortunately I had to spend a 1/2 day on each trip, plus wear on my car and gas to find this out.
