2023 Acadia with brakes that make a ridiculous amount of noise. Reported many times. Replaced pads once and now claim it is environmental and won't fix it - dealership or GMC. No other cars rolling up to the stop light make the noise my car makes, so environmental excuse is nonsense.

After a 1.5 hrs drive one way, we found the dealership failed to mention the rear seat head rest had been removed. To replace them was $1200.00! The dealership refused to lower the price or make any assistance. Shady, shady, shady! I would NOT recommend this dealership.

Takes 2 and half hours to get oil changed and tires rotated with a scheduled appointment. Oh yeah, and they also they save you time by not running your vehicle through the car wash even when requested. What's not to like!
